Private sessions are available for one hour or 90 minutes. We can use the space in my home or yours.
Whether a complete beginner or a long time practitioner, individualized yoga sessions are a great way to focus on your specific needs and goals - whether it�s to increase flexibility or strength, or to develop more mind/body awareness, we will work on it together!
Hands on specific adjustments and verbal cues will allow you to better understand, and enter into each pose safely and with mindfulness.
Similar to the individual sessions above, but practicing with a small group of friends or co-workers who seek a semi-private style with more individualized attention than a group class allows.
