Spring Yoga Nidra: A Journey of Re-Awakening


Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice designed to deeply relax and release tension held in the subconscious and unconscious. Although nidra means yogic sleep, it is actually a practice of awakening to one's true nature.

Spring is a time of re-birth and renewal for mother earth and ourselves. Through breath work, gentle asana and guided visualization we will invite the body, mind and spirit to receive our deeply planted seed of intention or Sankalpa. The practice will enable you to move forward with ease, to cultivate your intentions and to watch them unfold. You will leave feeling renewed and re-connected.
