RESTORATIVE & YOGA NIDRA
Spring is upon us, nature's season of rebirth and renewal. It's a perfect time to reset and plant new seeds of intention for moving forward into a new season.
As nature begins to blossom we too will cultivate our desires so we can watch them blossom into new beginnings. During this time of uncertainty, which can trigger our fear+ stress responses, the transition from Winter to Spring offers an extra special reminder - inevitably light emerges after a period of darkness. Life resumes and blossoms even after a season of hibernation. Nature's reminder can offer us hope as we move forward. We'll begin with a restorative practice to soothe the mind and body. We will then move into a yoga nidra (guided meditation) to enter a more deeply relaxed state, allowing the body and mind to absorb your sankalpa (seed of heartfelt desire). This will create the fertile soil in which your intention will flourish.

Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing
Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious sleep. It is a healing practice designed for deep relaxation and release of tension held in the subconscious and unconscious. This practice will include a long guided visualization designed to bring you into a balanced state. You will also be enveloped in the gentle and soothing sound of singing bowls, bringing you even deeper into a relaxed, meditative state.
